Probably one of the best experiences hands down. I went in kind of doubting myself on whether it could be done, and doubting that the car I had in mind was still there. I met Zach first, and quite honest was nervous. It was my first time doing this alone and was a little nervous that wouldn't have the one I wanted. So I printed out the one, and handed to him...and they still had it. Obviously super excited. So we test drove it, showed me the ins and outs of it. Long story short, I was able to go home with it that night. Thanks to Zach for helping me with the numbers and what he could do. Thanks to Vlad for helping me with my warranty, and thanks to Matty for the payment price. I came out of there feeling (as crazy as it sounds) like family. Great group of guys. Next day went in to have it detailed and what not, and every single one of them came up and had conversation with me, and that's a very rare thing to find in a dealership. Baleigh, our service advisor, was great. She really put herself in our situation and treated us how she would want to be treated. It made an unexpected and somewhat lengthy process much better. The reason the repair took longer than expected was due to the part being on a nation wide backorder but throughout the process she kept us informed of its status and when we should expect our vehicle. She also secured a loaner vehicle for us to help while we were without ours. Overall it was a good experience, not necessarily one I want to repeat but if I had to South Pointe CJD and Baleigh are who I would pick.
Sales guy Mitch was great and the finance manager Manny was awesome too! Service department is some of the best by far! Sweetest guys! Would highly recommend the service department to anyone! Great service!
