Does dealership provides great service. Their service department is knowledgeable thorough fast great customer service. All of my issues were addressed and they always check with you before they do extra work they even provide videos, which is awesome.

I took my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I bought new in 2007, in for several issues that have accumulated over time. Frank and the team took great care our Jeep, and he is running like new!
They are not honest and lie and add fees to the closing price even if they tell you they won’t.

From the Service Desk to the shuttle driver’s, South Pointe has a 5 star crew. Frank and the team take time to explain everything they will be doing to my vehicle. I have a 2008 Dodge Charger with 360,000+ miles and that’s due to South Pointe’s team taking care of the maintenance. They truly understand preventative maintenance. This will be cars home away from home.

Tommy Moreland is THE BEST! We have had our 2021 Dodge Challenger in twice. Once for a computer/battery issue, and this last time for MAJOR repair work from water damage. A new engine. Tommy kept us updated from start to finish, dealt with our adjuster, and gave us EXCELLENT service! They did an incredible job with the repairs at South Pointe CJDR both times. It's so refreshing to have such a great experience!
South Pointe CJDR is the only place I trust with my baby; 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 #810. The service I receive is top notch with clear estimates and pricing. These guys really love cars and it shows in their work! Extremely professional and courteous, Frank and his crew went above and beyond to assist in every way possible.

They offered a fair price right up front. The salesman (Cameron) was courteous, willing to work with me to find the vehicle that matched my requirements. He answered my questions and moved the deal along rapidly.

The service representatives are knowledgeable, patient, caring, and go out of their way to serve all their customers. I have dealt with Frank Bernabe as my service representative for many years, & It’s definitely caring employees like him that keep customers coming back. I can’t say enough good things about South Pointe Chrysler.
The Service department is orderly and clean. I am always waited on promptly. They had my reservation in the system and they offered to pay for an Uber to take me home, if needed. The work was done in the time they promised and they washed my car as an added benefit. Overall, nice job!

I took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and inspection! They were efficient and thorough! I appreciate the multipoint inspection along with supporting video and estimate for maintenance items that were needed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly! They’ll get your vehicle in and out and they help with you dealt with help you with the price and a very courteous on the phone. The only negative that I have about the whole business is that they deal with you on the Internet instead of calling you on the phone or talking to you in person about it I can’t stand the Internet, other than that. The business is really good.

I had my 2020 Ram diesel service today at South Pointe. Oil change, fuel injectors cleaned and tires rotated. Frank the service writer said that it would take approximately 2 hours so I decided to wait. Well an hour and 40 minutes later they were done! True to form South Pointe over performed once again!

They tried to sell me new tires on a car I bought new from them. The car had 30k miles on it.
They also tried to avoid doing warranty work by trying to get me to pay for it first. The dealership sold me the car. The dealerships name is on the back of the car. The tech just shrugged and pretended he had no idea that it was a car from that dealership.

Overall, I had a great experience at this car dealership. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Javan. They made sure I had a great experience and was well taken care of. They made me aware of everything. They were doing to my car and followed up multiple times. Definitely will be going back.
