In need of an oil change and spark plugs replacement some 4 months ago, South Pointe was chosen because of an advertisement with a coupon. Service was excellent and price was fair. At the time, an estimate for tire replacement was given. Today, an appointment was scheduled for an oil change, but the tire estimate had changed - for the better. So, within 4 hours of making a call, the oil was changed, and the tires replaced and balanced. The cost was much better than expected. Very satisfied.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I went to breakfast and when I got back, 40 minutes later, they were calling my name when I walked through the door. Even applied a discount to the oil change without asking. Very clean waiting area, didn't spend much time there though, and friendly staff.
Took more than two hours. Had to call recall center for appointment, since I called 39 days prior and never received a return call. People not very friendly this time. Steering wheel was moved and not returned to original position.

The only thing I didn't like was I needed a fuel filter and it was like let me name my own price. I asked how much it was and he wanted to sell me both filters it was my first oil change the one under the bed doesn't need to be changed as often. It was 139 no 129 no I can do that for 100. I can go to Cummings and get it for 50. Not real happy about that. I just decided I can do that myself. Thanks
I have brought my vehicle here for any repairs & maintenance that has been needed since I purchased the car. They are very knowledgeable, and helped explain exactly what was going wrong and how to fix the issue. I also asked the service advisor about a coupon on their service website, and she informed me there was an even better special going on to help save a little more money. Which was very much appreciated! The great customer service I have received over the years is why I continue to come back if an issue arises.

Transmission in my '16 Cherokee went out and had to be towed to South Pointe. They diagnosed and had a new transmission in my car within 3 days. Black Jack kept me informed during the whole process. Thankfully all was under warranty and they took great care of us.

Made an appointment for an early morning oil and filter change. I asked the service manager if they could check my brakes. While checking the brakes then found a rear axle gasket that was leaking. They let me know and then performed the warranty repair. So glad I went in for the oil change!
