Literally one of the fastest and easiest experiences that I’ve ever had. From the sales person, Zach Monks, to the sales manager, Buddy, and the finance office, Richie. Literally did not take more than one hour. Of course, it did help to come and have in mind what I wanted, but I have not experienced such customer service as I have here. I loved how even the General Manager came out to greet me. My only regret, not having enough money to get some warranty on my car. But I love how I can come later and purchase it.Thank you South Pointe CDJR for helping me with my new purchase.

Took my jeep in to see what the noise that it's doing,didn't have an appointment but they still took it. Couldn't find the problem but they tried. Not the first time it does that. They said next time it starts acting up just bring it in.thanks service department

Went to south pointe Saturday for an oil change. While checking in the service writer said there where 2 recalls on mt truck. Without an appointment got my oil changed and the recalls done and 2 other things needed for my truck to keep mt maintenance up on my truck. Thanks so much for taking good care of my truck and valuing my time .

The transmission in my Chrysler 200 went completely out. I thought my car was no longer under warranty and was reluctant to take it to the dealership for fear it will cost to much. But to my surprise McKenzie, one of the service rep called me a couple of hours after AAA dropped my car off to inform me that they would repair or put in a brand new transmission in my car completely free (except for an $100 deductible). Beyond that, she also rented me a Chrysler 300 at the dealership expense for 5 days and called me every other day to give me a heads up on my car repair. Because they had to wait for a new transmission to come from out of town, McKenzie extended the rental on my car at dealership expense.I could not have asked for better service and based on how I was treated, I am SouthPoint customer for life.

Awesome customer service I was treated very very well and the work on my truck was done professionally. Also saved me a lot of money by letting me know that what I thought needed to be done to my vehicle was not necessary. I would send anyone I know to this place to have their cars serviced. 5 star review for sure

One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Clean dealership. Matthew G was laid back and easy to work with. His finance guy Richie was super nice as well. Would absolutely buy from them again.
