Used the website to schedule service and arrived on time. The check in went smoothly and my service manager was Frank The team was so friendly and professional. Frank explained everything being done and the timeline for completion. Car was finished on time and when Frank wrote up the invoice he even applied a nice discount. Jackson and his technician took care of all my needs. They took plenty of time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle and what I need to address in the long run. They were very polite, professional, and informative about everything. They understood exactly how I was using my Vehicle for business and gave me advice on how to maintain it in the long run and the short run. It was a smooth negotiation and salesman Michael Hastings did a good job. I was disappointed in two things: 1) The new Jeep Grand Wagoneer did not come with an owner’s manual. 2) The quality of the final cleaning of the vehicle was poorly done. The floors were not well vacuumed , there was dust throughout the interior and the door jambs were cleaner on my 2015 trade-in vehicle that they were on our new Jeep.
Ethan Love was a wonderful salesman. He helped with everything that we were wanting to know about the vehicle that we purchased. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
Megan and Tommy were great. Communication was superb and explanation of things was helpful. I enjoyed working with both and will definitely request Tommy again.
Service advisor Frank is very professional the waiting room is very clean Service is great people are friendly and they even washed my truck
Dealership did the warranty work quickly, dropped off night before and picked up 24 hours later, but communication from Frank was poor. Text several times with hours in between never answered and called but his voicemail was full. Finally call service department directly and the guy answering said I see frank he can run from you anymore before forcing him to talk to me about the status of my car.
Frank at South Pointe is a great advisor. I know I can always trust him.

Tommy service coordinator was pleasant to talk to very knowledgeable did took care of the vehicle with the upmost professional attitude and was very helpful and understanding what I need to keep my vehicle going safely.

100,000 Mile Maintenance for Chrysler 300. Coordinated through Frank Bernabe, who has been the face of the Service Department for many years. I delivered the car at 730 am and Frank promised a return the same day. He delivered perfectly, and I picked up the car around 4 pm same day. No one enjoys all of the maintenance, including new spark plugs, due at 100,000 miles, but Frank made it as painless as possible.
Been getting most all my service work at South pointe for over 2 decades I trust them and they do good work and warranty their work. I usually work with Frank in service he always takes care of me.

Overall good experience. I had a question about the work done and the technician came out and was very patient with his explanation and my questions.
Everything went very smooth until after I signed all of the paperwork! As I was leaving I noticed that they charged me almost $700.00 for some kind of warranty that I specifically opted out! Not happy about that! I will be getting back in touch with the dealer to hopefully find a way to get rid of that!

I dropped my 2015 Durango off for service, great service completion! Southpointe noticed an oil leak from my oil pan, they serviced it well, and my warranty paid for it. Originally, my Durango had heater issue; my heated steering and seat along with not blowing warm, was resolved by simple computer program upgrade. Cost was very reasonable, and had couple filters needing replaced, service department took care of it! Hats off to service department along with techs that repaired my vehicle. Over all, 5 star rating for service!
I got an oil change and tire rotation at a good price. Service was friendly. I was a little concerned when I arrived because they said I might get recommendations on my tires when my tires are almost brand new. But they did not end up doing that.
Derive was timely, time estimates were accurate. Vehicle was unexpectedly returned washed and cleaner than when it was dropped off.
The oil change and repairs were completed satisfactorily. We will use these services again next time.
The service department is courteous and helpful. Frank explains what work is needed and when. If the work will take some time a ride is always offered.
The communication on behalf of the service department was almost non-existent. They expected to have our car two days but didn’t finish the job until the fourth day. Never offered us a loaner car. Said they would check into providing us with a loaner and call us back but never did.

This place was extremely nice and clean. From the time I dropped off my car to when it was complete I was able to get messages along the way, which I am not used to. Very nice people and a knowledgeable staff. Will be back if I have issues
Devin and team were very friendly and helpful and made purchase as easy as hoped. Their website inventory and pricing was accurate and fair and Devin worked with me a bit. Though I paid cash the finance team was kind and not pushy.
Very disappointed in the service we received. They did not know why the vehicle was brought in. Reminded them the faulty part had been replaced less than a year ago in their facility. Had to call for updates as we never received a call updating service. If we conducted business like this facility did we would be out of business. 3 weeks in a repair facility without communication is not acceptable.
Needs a wheelchair for hanicap to go in the back for final paperwork they pushed me in just a chair kind embarrassin

My vehicle broke down on the road and I was towed into the dealership to see about repairs. They were great. Got my vehicle in immediately to diagnose the problem and find the part. I was from out of town. They set me up with a hotel close by. Drove me there & picked me up in the morning when my vehicle was repaired and I would rate their service as exceptional.

Looked at a RAM truck on a Saturday night that I really wanted at a great price. They contacted me on Monday morning asking if I was interested, and I told them I wanted the truck and would be there at 5 PM to purchase the truck. They acknowledged this and told me they would get the truck ready. I was literally putting on my coat on Monday afternoon to go purchase the truck, and I received a text telling me someone just bought it. BAD way to do business!
My appointment was at 7:00am on Thursday but my vehicle was not looked at until around 1:00pm. I was not advised of this until I called to see why I hadn’t heard anything back yet. My service advisor was terrible at relaying the info from the technician. She said multiple times “I don’t know”, “I’m not sure”, and “maybe “. Those are not phrases a customer wants to hear. Despite having an appointment, I still ended up waiting more than three hours for service. They didn’t even remove the seat cover or the floor mat they used during the service.

Last trip in they neglected to reset mileage after oil change, missed a brake issue that was fortunately caught by a tire dealer. Was not as impressed this time.
The dealer was on time to change the oil and filter. It was clean, the service writer pleasant and did not take long to complete the repair. The waiting area was clean and had good furniture. It had complementary donuts but the case containing the donuts needed a good cleaning. It had three days of icing covering the outside. The coffee machine did everything but slice bread and dispense cream. Creamer needed to be refilled. The coffee cups were too small, coffee spilled out the cup. The towel dispenser next to the sink was out of paper.
Scheduling is done somewhere else. Not a good way to do it. Name of service person shown on the schedule confirmation is incorrect.
The check in was very friendly and quick. The video is really cool and the mechanic was really good at explaining what he checked and what was needed or not needed at this time to be service and why. Everyone was Great from start to finish.

South Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge inspected my truck's brakes and pinion. They found both needed servicing and took care of it speedily. I asked them for a 4 wheel drive alignment which has removed the shimmy I was experiencing while driving at highway speeds. Very happy.
Sold me a truck that had an incomplete service and not even owned it a year and Transmission is bad and after talking to management no one was willing to help with the situation.

I was very pleased with the lady that helped me make an appointment - but my actual appointment was very disappointing. Staff was nice but not helpful. I was told a shuttle would take me to work at 7:30 am - it wasn’t available till after 8 am. Overall experience was good, only complaint was the windshield has small crack that wasn’t disclosed on purchase and didn’t notice till next morning. Feel like it should be replaced
